if you have a friend you would like to join the guild the only requirement they need is 15+and they can hav any rank silver bones or w/e just tell them to sign up and leave a little something sayng whos friend they are and that friend needs to accept that they are that persons friend.
ALSO if your in a dungeon and you see a level 15+thats not completely noob tell them to sign up and leave their info on the req page and ill accept them or emostevo will...so yeh
